Can’t recommend Minors Jewelry enough! As soon as I walked in I was met by such a warm and friendly staff who were eager to help me. I needed the band on my watch fixed and Liz was quick to help me out. She and her team fixed it in under 10 minutes and didn’t charge me at all. I will be going back :)

I was visiting my sister and family in Nashville when the clasp failed on my gold necklace that holds my cherished diamond pendant from my partner that recently passed. Adrian and Liz were most helpful and were able to replace the clasp while I waited. Very pleased.

We bought a diamond for my wife’s ring from another dealer and when it needed maintenance Mike was recommended by name. The work was amazing and Mike went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. As a result, we had some of my wife’s jewelry handed down to her from her late grandmother repaired their as well. Again, it was exceptional work!

Discovered the Minor Jewelry store in October 2023. I was accompanying my daughter on a work conference in Nashville. On one of our shopping excursions we stumbled upon the most amazing jewelry store. They had a sign out advertising permanent bracelets. We were intrigued and had to check it out! The shop employees and owner were so friendly and helpful! My daughter and I loved the idea of matching permanent bracelets! We were sold. While we waited for our turn I inquired about white rhodium dip for my engagement ring and wedding band. They did it on the spot! It was amazing! It brought new life to my 30+ year wedding rings. They also cleaned my ring as well as my daughter’s wedding rings. Their prices were very reasonable! We can’t thank you enough! The Craig and Yu family from New York!

We all know how precious our jewelry is to us also our loved ones. My experience with Jessie and the Minor team is their layaway plan was a big help to my daughter and me. Jessie's father was the nicest person I had ever met. I wanted my wedding ring done a certain way. He was very kind and reasonable in making it the way I asked. Thanks again for all you do!!

Discovered minor jewelry while I was visiting my best friend in Nashville. It was truly the best experience I have ever had in a jewelry store. Everyone one was so helpful and friendly and were very knowledgeable of the products. We ended up getting the permanent bracelets (and a few other pieces) and could not be more pleased. Mr Minor was super friendly and made sure we were 100 percent happy before we left. I cannot recommend this jewelry store enough and I will definitely go back on my next visit from Charlotte!

I cannot rave enough about Minor Jewelry! I came in thinking I needed a simple fix for my engagement ring the week before my wedding; it turned out one of the diamonds was almost falling out! Nancy and the Minor team were so incredibly helpful, kind, and understanding of the situation. They were able to fix my ring in time and make it look beautiful!! I owe Nancy and the rest of the team at Minor Jewelry all the love and support in the world! I would recommend them to anyone!

The whole team was absolutely wonderful! I came in with a vague concept of a design I wanted to create for my daughters 16th birthday, and they ran with it! Beyond my expectations!! And ahead of schedule!! Nothing but sweet kind people who really cared about the project and making the most wonderful item for a teenager they\'ve never met!! I WILL BE BACK!

Jesse & his crew did a fabulous job on my 20yr old Rolex. New dial, main spring, cleaning and adjusting. It now looks and run like new. Finished on time, and at a great price. Second time customer, & will shop with them in the future.
