To Submit your Rolex for Servicing:

1. Fill out our Rolex Repair Form, print it and submit it.

2. Add a Rolex Service to your Shopping Cart, continue shopping, and Checkout.

3. Package your watch (including the printed Repair Form) carefully in a box and ship insured to

What to expect: we will email you when we receive your form and again when we receive your watch. We will notify you of any extra parts required and will provide you an estimate of the cost of repairing your watch. After the repair is approved we will start the repair, which will take about 2 weeks. When the repair is done we will contact you for payment information if you have not already completed a Checkout through our Web Store. Estimates can be given prior to shipping and a money order can be sent with watch.
